Clearwater Power is a rural electric cooperative. It was first started in 1937. Throughout Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, they serve more than 11 counties. They usually operate on a nonprofit basis. This cooperative is owned by its members who serve it. They provide electric services at a very affordable price range, compare to the others.
How to Pay Clearwater Power Bill

How the Penalty Fees Work
- Several penalty fees come with the Clearwater Power bill. You have to pay the following fees:
- Late Payment Fee: If you do not make your payment within the due date, you have to pay the late payment fees. For the late payment, you have to pay 5% of the past account balance.
- Returned Payment Fee: If your payment check is returned by the bank, then you have to pay the returned check fees. For that, you will be charged $20 per returned payment.
- Reconnect Fee: For the reconnect fees, you have to pay $50.
- Disconnect Fee: For disconnect fees, you will be charged $50.
